LDG Z 817 for QRP devices

The Z-817 is the final Autotoner for the QRP radio including the Yaesu FT-817 (D). The Z-817 interfaces at the CAT (ACC) on the back of the FT-817 radio with the cable supplied. Optimization could not be simpler; A pusher pulsating on the tuner is all necessary and the Z-817 deals with the rest. We move on to PKT mode, transmit a carrier, tune the tuner, then restore the radio to the previous mode! 2000 memories cover 160 to 6 meters.  {

Of course, the Z-817 will also work as an antenna tuner for general use with other QRP radio. Just transmit a carrier and press the Tune button on the tuner. The Z-817 is powered by four AA internal alkaline batteries (not included), so there are no additional cables necessary to use the Z-817. Relè block are used so that energy consumption is zero when it is not developed that it allows a set of batteries to last about a year.  {
