This right consists in the right to return the asset purchased to the seller and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price. The right of withdrawal applies to individuals (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The purchases made by retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending, within the deadline of 14 working days, formal request with registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to: {{{

{ The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

{ The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, attached software,etc ...);

the law does not apply to visual and electronic audio products once open and used;

The purchased good must be intact and returned to the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...); To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in a second box, on which to affix the number of RMA (authorization code on the return) issued by SMT Europe; In all cases, the affixing of sticker labels or ribbons directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided; The asset subject to exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned in normal state of conservation, as it has been kept and possibly used with the use of normal diligence: therefore products will not be accepted that will report signs of damage or dirt and which consequently no longer be considered intact;

The asset subject to exercise of the right of withdrawal must report the same serial number on the SMT Europe sales invoice; If the asset should report a serial number other than reported on the invoice, the return will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; {

The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; {

In the event of damage to the good during transport, SMT Europe will communicate to the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from the receipt of the asset in his warehouses), to allow him to promptly protect complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); In this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal; {

{ SMT Europe does not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; {

{ {003 003} SMT Europe will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the communication of withdrawal, after receipt of the goods object of the withdrawal, by means of the Storno procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Customer will take care promptly the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Cod. ABI - CAB - current account of the invoice attacker). {

The right of withdrawal decays totally, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content), in cases where SMT Europe ascertains:

the lack of the external package and/or the original internal packaging;

the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies to the product itself;

The damage of the product for reasons other than its transport;

a state of dirt of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

The return of non-intact products, deteriorated or without accessories and original equipment will not be accepted by SMT Europe and will be returned to the sender with the aggravation of transport costs.

The refund excludes the transport costs (both for sending and for the return of the goods).
