The consumer undertakes and obliges, whenever a modification of these General Conditions intervenes, to provide for their printing and conservation. {

· These General Conditions have as its object the purchase of products, made at a distance by means of a electronic network through the website www.smtechnology.it belonging to the SMT Europe Sro by Neofood Trade Sro Slovakia. {

· By "online" sales contract means the distance contract, i.e. the legal shop not having the object movable property and/or services stipulated between a supplier, SMT Europe Sro with registered office in Lithuania and a customer consumer, as part of a remote sale system organized by the Supplier who, for this contract, only uses the remote communication technology called the Internet. {

· For consumer, the natural person who acquires goods and services for purposes not directly referable to the professional activity that possibly carried out is meant. {

Art.1: acceptance of the conditions of sale

1.1 The conditions set out in the premise are an integral and essential part of this contract. {

1.2 All purchasing contracts will be concluded directly by accessing the Customer Consumer to the website corresponding to www.smtechnology.it, where the customer may, in fact, conclude the purchase of the good and/or product desired by carefully following the indications and procedures provided.  {

Art. 2: sales prices and purchase methods

2.1 All the sales prices of the products on display and indicated within the website, for which they are the offer to the public are total of all types of tax. {

2.2 The total cost of shipping to the customer's domicile is the responsibility of the customer himself. In any case, this cost will be announced to the Customer before confirmation of the purchase. {

5.1 The SMT Europe Sro assumes no responsibility for the disservices attributable due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or tight, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, to execute within the times agreed to the sales and shipment contract.

5.2 The SMT Europe Sro will not be responsible for any party or third parties regarding damage, Losses and costs suffered following the non -execution of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, having the consumer right only to the return of the price paid.

Art. 6: guarantees and methods of assistance

6.1 The SMT Europe SRO markets high quality products. The producers of these goods offer a guarantee whose minimal duration depends on the type of product purchased. The guarantee starts from the day of the purchase of the good. This service is directly provided by the manufacturers of the goods. With the exception of changes that do not fall within the original rules of the product itself.

1. All products marketed by SMT Europe SRO are covered by the conventional guarantee of the manufacturer and by the 24 -month guarantee for compliance defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02. To benefit from the warranty assistance, the Customer will have to keep the receipt that the system automatically issues to the conclusion of the order that he will find in his account at any access. The customer can always download from the website www.smtechnology.it receipts relating to his purchases, accessing the reserved area.

2. The conventional guarantee of the manufacturer is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation within the product packaging and present on the website www.smtechnology.it in the appropriate area. If, following an intervention by an authorized service center, the defect is not covered by the conventional guarantee of the manufacturer, the Customer will be charged with any verification and restoration costs requested by the authorized assistance, as well as the transport costs, if incurred by SMT Europe Sro.

3. The 24 -month warranty pursuant to Del Dlgs n. 24/02 applies to the product that present a defect of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and the provisions of the attached technical documentation. This guarantee, in accordance with Legislative Decree. No. 24/92, is reserved only for the private consumer (natural person who acquires the goods for purposes not referable to his professional activity, that is, he makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, SMT Europe Sro provides, without expenses for the customer, to the restoration of the compliance of the product by repairing/replacement or the reduction of the price, up to the termination of the contract. If, Following an intervention by an authorized service center, a defect of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02, the Customer will be charged with any verification and restoration costs requested by the authorized assistance, as well as the transport costs if incurred by the SMT Europe Sro.

7. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the asset must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and possible documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...); To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to insert it in a second box; In all cases, the affixing of sticker labels or ribbons directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.

I. Warranty conditions

All the products sold by the SMT Europe Sro are covered by the conventional guarantee of the manufacturer and by the 24 -month warranty for compliance defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the receipt previously requested (or print the Oridne Proform in his account) which he will receive by e-mail in PDF format. The Customer with the acceptance of the purchase contract takes note of the methods of assistance in force at the time of the appeal under warranty.Most of the products currently marketed by the SMT Europe SRO are covered by direct guarantee at our office, this per customer is an advantage as the fault product will be verified and replaced with a new product quickly directly from our staff. Some brands such as for example. Acer, Philips etc. offer a direct guarantee to the end user, also guaranteeing a quick and professional service.

II. Replacement times

The times of replacing the product from the arrival of the same at our office can vary from a minimum 7gg to a maximum of 60 days to allow our technical laboratory to carry out tests and checks on the product. Check and respected the guarantee rules, the return office will send the product to replace the next day from the test ok.

The sending of the new product is not however guaranteed within the times indicated above as it could be not available in warehouse, in this case our internal policy is committed to finding an agreement with the customer with the issue of a purchase voucher for the commercial value of the purchased or replacement goods with an article of equivalents or superior characteristics. We specify that no damage can be requested from the SMT Europe Sro for a replacement of the product within the above timing.

III. Practical opening - Request RMA number (authorization code upon return)

To obtain the RMA number to open a product guarantee practice, simply enter your control panel where you will find the "RMA request" item. The guarantee decays totally, due to the lack of one of the condition below:

The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, software, cables, manuals, parts, ...)

The non -presence of the original packaging (not valid point if the products purchased were in the bulk version)

9.4 The obtaining of the cancellation of your personal data is subject to sending a written communication sent via fax or postal shipment to the company headquarters.

9.5 Owner and manager of the collection and processing of personal data is the SMT Europe Sro.
