OM Power OM-1700+ 1700 Watt HF Amplifier

OM Power OM-1700+ HF Amplifier 1700 Watt can operate on all shortwave bands from 1.8 to 29.7 MHz, including the WARC bands, and additionally on 50 MHz. A 4CX1500B ceramic tetrode ensures stable output power:

HF:

1700W (SSB/CW)

1300W (RTTY)

1000W (FT8)

50 MHz:

1500W (SSB/CW)

800W (FT8)

with an input power between 40 and 60 watts.

Operating parameters are clearly displayed on the 4.3-inch OLED display. To aid in tuning to the operating frequency, there is a TUNE display that shows the correct tuning. The OM1700+ features extensive protection circuitry to prevent damage in case of incorrect operation. Critical parameters such as excessive SWR, excessive grid or anode current, detuning, etc. are constantly monitored. In the event of an error, the PA goes into standby. Radial and axial fans ensure sufficient cooling of the 4CX1500B tetrode during operation. If the tube is replaced, the voltage restores itself. This completely eliminates the need for time-consuming adjustments.
