The final stage uses field effect transistors (MOSFETs) type MRFE6VP61K25N, designed to withstand high output discrepancy (SWR) and intended for operation in aerospace, industrial, mobile and broadcast applications.

The final PA stage uses a robust LDMOS transistor - MRFE6VP61K25N or equivalent.

Compatible with all transceiver models available on the market - does not require special signals: just “ground to transmit” (PTT) and 40 W of RF drive power.

The overall operation of the ACOM 700S is extremely simplified: the on-screen menus are intuitive and easy to follow and no special operator skills are required when changing frequency bands

Possibility of automatic control - when connected to a transceiver with a CAT interface, the amplifier constantly monitors, duly follows the operating frequency and changes bands accordingly.

Even if not connected to the CAT interface, the amplifier checks the frequency of the input signal through the built-in frequency counter and automatically switches bands.

Remotely controlled by RS232 interface.

Takes care of itself during operation thanks to protection circuits that work continuously in all modes.

The operator can digitally monitor more than 10 parameters regarding the operating regime of the amplifier.

Ease of maintenance: Detailed data (55 parameters) on each of the last 28 major fault protection trips is stored in the amplifier's non-volatile memory.

Convenient for expeditions and field operations: extremely compact and lightweight construction, extended mains voltage range (100 V ÷ 240 V), limited peak current and purely sinusoidal consumed supply current, automatic power factor correction (PFC) - all significant parameters in operation from unstable mains, generators etc.characteristics achieved thanks to the integrated switching power supply (SMPS).
