RigExpert AA 3000 ZOOM antenna analyzer from 0.1 to 3 Ghz.
The memory function (depending on the model) allows you to quickly compare different antennas. The USB port allows you to transfer measurement data to a computer. This is useful for conveniently storing and documenting measurement results over a long period of time, for example in small series production. Software for Windows (32-bit and 64-bit versions) is available for free download. Other operating systems such as Linux and IOS can use the same programs via a runtime environment such as 'wine'. The USB interface is also used to upload firmware updates and to reduce the load on the internal batteries when powered via USB.
All RigExpert analyzers can also be used as pulse reflectors (TDR). For smaller models this requires the support of a computer, for larger models this can also be done without a PC. Measurements of a pulse reflection allow the exact localization of defects (opening, short circuit, etc.) in a cable, or the measurement of the length of a cable.
All Rig Expert analyzers - except the AA-30 model - offer support for multiple languages. The manuals are partly available in German, the PC software is usually in English.
