Ecoflex 15 Plus

Ecoflex 15Plus is an improved version of the well -known coaxial cable Ecoflex 15. For example, the attenuation was lowered by 7%(@ 1GHz), the cable became much lighter (22%) and can manage higher power (9%) etc. This was achieved with a production process of high precision of the central conductor. It consists of 7 wires of aluminum covered with 0.1 mm copper. The softer aluminum allows a better intertwining of the cable, the Ecoflex 15Plus has a much more precise and stable 50 Ω impedance (about 3 db at 1GHz). To obtain the best shielding, the external conductor consists of two layers, a copper lamina, and a copper braid (as with Ecoflex 15).
