Order processing times and shipping times:
Order processing includes: order registration after payment, adding the order to the list of previously registered orders, replenishing the product if it is not in stock, checking the product, packaging the product, preparing a shipping label for the product, and handing over the shipment to the courier.
Orders are generally processed within 3 business days of receiving payment, however, we strive to fulfill orders the same day whenever possible.
Once the goods have been picked up by the courier, it is not possible to change the shipping address or cancel the order.

Deliveries are subject to undetermined variations during holidays, unexpected or planned carrier strikes, shipment management issues with the courier, or significant weather conditions.
Deliveries may be delayed if the shipping company encounters management issues: e.g., misdirected shipments to other regions, lost shipments, adverse weather conditions, locations not served daily, delays during the Christmas period, delays during the Black Friday period, etc.

In addition to the technical characteristics of the Flex-8400, the 8400'm ' is equipped with a complete control panel dominated by an 8-inch touch sensitive display (resolution 1920 x 1200 pixels).

The FlexRadio Flex-8400m SDR transceiver has been developed specifically for the most demanding radio amateurs and offers maximum flexibility and ease of use, as this top-of-the-range transceiver can be used as an autonomous radio without the need for a computer. The large integrated IPS display with Touch function provides information on the operating status and on the assignment of the bands at every moment and is completed by numerous "classic" commands such as rotary controls for volume adjustment, the sensitivity of the receiver and the VFO. - Of course, the latter are two, so that both receivers can be set individually and directly without having to access the menu. It is also possible to connect an external screen via the HDMI connection.

Alternatively, you can use the first-class remote functions of the Flex-8400m and comfortably check the radio via PC, laptop, Mac or iOS client. As an option, the Master console is also available, which can access the transceiver via WLAN or wired ethernet. As with all Flexradio transceivers, attention is paid to the practicality and simplicity of remote control.

It doesn't matter where you are: you can control the rare DX station from your station, even if you are sitting in a hotel! With the latest V3 version of the Smartsdr software, it is even possible to make a transceiver work with two operators simultaneously. You can use any combination of the aforementioned devices: a PC, an iPhone/iPad or the Master Consul .
Since the power is at 13.8 V CC, the operation is not limited to the use as a fixed station, but also benefits the freedom to be able to use the device in the car, van or camper.
